As Promised

So, I have been making a mental list of goals for myself this semester, and I am writing it down here so that you can perhaps hold me accountable for it (to some degree, anyway). I don't generally "believe" in New Year's resolutions, and I am not considering these as such. I know I will likely add to this list, but here's a healthy start:

  • Rise and shine by 9-9:30. (This time can be somewhat flexible based upon when I go to bed, but I'd like to adhere to it as much as possible. That means going to bed no later than 1-1:30.)
  • Make an effort to study during the day and during the week so nights and weekends can be free (just like cell phone service).
  • Likewise, finish papers and major assignments earlier than a couple hours before class. As in a a few days to a week before they are due, ideally.
  • Try to be a little less of a homebody.
  • Work on being less shy and more confident.
  • Be more active.
  • Drink more water and less soda.
  • Recommence taking a daily vitamin. (Note: Flinstones Vitamins are perfectly fine. My doctor even told me so. They have all the iron a lady needs and calcium and some other vital nutrients as well.)
  • Try to eat more fruits and vegetables, and be more timely in eating protein/keeping your blood sugar stable so you experience less frequent migraines.
Thanks in advance for your efforts to encourage me to stay on track, friends. I couldn't do it without you. ;)
