Puppy Love

So Dave Hirsh (the love of my life) posted more pictures from this past weekend in an online photo album that can be accessed here. For some reason I can't save any of the pictures to my computer, but as soon as I'm able to get them from Dave, I'll put a few of them in my NHSMUN photo album. And let you know. Stat.

In other news, I ate lunch with Casey Shevin today, which was lovely (obviously). It's too bad lunch was gross, though, resulting in my consumption (yet again) of a bowl of cereal in lieu of a meal. This time it was LIFE cereal, which I've really only had a dozen times or so. I don't know how I missed out on that in my youth. I was pretty keen on Trix (which was seriously better when it was little balls and not fruit shapes) and Frosted Flakes. I also drank soda with breakfast as a child. My parents might not have been aware of it because they were both usually at work by the time I was eating breakfast. But come to think of it, that probably would explain a lot about me. Shizzam!

Anyway, getting back to Casey Rose... We sadly came to the realization over lunch today that there are far too many things planned for us to do in the final weeks of the semester and not nearly enough time to do all of them. Thus, some important decisions will have to be made. That's going to be a difficult process, especially since I won't be seeing the girl for several, several months until she visits me in California in the fall. Oh yeah, did I mention I'm taking the fall semester off? Yeah, I actually don't even have a choice. But I suppose that is another story altogether and one that probably deserves its own post. So perhaps I'll do that later, maybe even today.

I should probably get ready now. It's almost 4pm and all I have to say for myself is that I've eaten lunch and taken a lengthy shower (when do I ever take unlengthy showers, though?). It's such a beautiful day; it would be a shame if I didn't enjoy it. So I think I will. Right now. After I stop listening to this effing song by The Killers ("Smile Like You Mean It"). Seriously, I promised I would NEVER enjoy them and then I found myself listening to about half the songs on Hot Fuss. A lot. Ugh!

I leave you with this adorable picture of a puppy and me:
