LOL

So the more and more I think about last night, the more and more comical it seems. In the midst of all the silliness that transpired in my room (where the guest list included Casey, Alex, Allison, Angela, Julia, and me), many funny things were said. Sometimes I write funny things down (last night was one of those occasions), and I wasn't really planning on posting again until maybe tonight, but then I remembered I'd be doing you a disservice by keeping the abovementioned funny things to myself any longer. Thus, I offer you a recap of some of the hilarity that ensued last night, Wednesday, April 13, 2005:

Allison: I can tell you who Method Man is if you don't already know.

Alex: I'm checking my voicemail.Me: Oh, shit!

Casey: Oh, God, please send in the little one next. (In regards to a contestant on MTV's dating show, Next.)

Some dude on Next: That's good that you have a car...because most guys I've been dating lately don't have cars. (If I were writing a script right now, this is where I would insert the phrase, "Beat.")

Alex: Tomorrow's Thursday? Oh, wait, that's how I know I have that class. (Referencing the fact that Thursday is the only day I have class, which apparently helps Alex remember what day of the week it is.)

Me: Open up! (My horrible attempt to tell Angela to pick up the phone.)

Casey: Oh, wow...you really can watch. (Commenting on the fact that I'm pretty skilled when it comes to watching other people type - namely Casey.)

Alex: Whoa...that's a good piece [of pizza]. (If you would've seen her, you'd think this was exponentially funnier. She looked so genuinely impressed.)

Yes... What to say now...? It's pretty hard to follow that up. Unless of course I also have a quote from Ethan Goldwater (!!!), that love of mine in Boston. Ethan happens to be one of my favorite people in the world. He is also one of the only people I know for whom words are never quite fitting. He is more accurately described, I think, through expressions, movements, brief moments, or interactions...like the following:

Etang904: thats the issue
Etang904: today i watched like 3 hours of video of the femal sex organ and treally thats all i hav ebene seeing all day
Etang904: all these different clits
Etang904: they all are so different
Etang904: "its not a lack, its a protrusion"

Now I really can't say anything to top that off. So I guess I'll just leave you with a link from Jeremy. My intent in sharing this with you is not to offend or dismay; I just think it speaks to how welcoming a forum the internet can be at times. And it's funny.
